摘要
当犁体入土时 ,利用拖拉机的牵引力压缩弹簧贮存能量 ;机组耕作到地头时 ,拖拉机的液压提升机构将犁体提升后 ,通过圆柱凸轮机构即可实现双向犁的自动翻转。该机构设计合理 ,翻转平稳 ,运转可靠 ,结构上有创新性。
Two way plow is widely applied in the country at present. There are three kinds of power resource for a two way plow reversing mechanism. They are mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic devices. The common limitation of them is high construction costs and tedious operation. A cylindrical cam automatic reversing mechanism can overcome this limitation. When the two way plow goes into soil, the tractive power compresses the spring and energy is stored. When the tractor operates to the field end, the spring force is released and makes the two way plow reverse. The works based on this research are as follows: designing the reversing mechanism construction; determining spring parameters; designing cylindrical cam outline curve; deducing the plow motional equations; analyzing the plow motional process; and drawing out the mechanism conclusion. The mechanism has a new construction with the features of reasonable design, steady reversing and reliable operation.
