摘要 本实验采用高脂高胆固醇喂养猕猴16~17个月,并辅以静注肾上腺素和口服甲基硫氧嘧啶,经肉眼和扫描电镜观察脑动脉管壁结构的变化。发现幼年猴大脑中动脉内皮细胞水肿和变形,细胞排列不规则,表面呈“洞穴”状破损,微绒毛相互融合变粗变长,数量明显减少.中央支表面破溃较轻。成年猴大脑中动脉内皮表面严重破溃,有些部位内皮细胞撕脱和松解.中央支表面破溃也较幼年严重,部分内皮细胞撕脱。这证明高脂血症可导致猕猴大脑中动脉出现早期动脉硬化改变,但对口径小于400μm 的中央支影响较小。 In the present study,six experimental monkeys were fed an atherogenic diet for 16—17months,and which had received intravenous injection of epinepharine in a dose of 50—75μg/kg once a week from 1—6 month.SEM observation of endothelial surface of the middle cerebral arteries in experimental monkeys:a definite edematous feature and irregu- larity of endothelial surface.Numous endothelial crater disruption of normal surface. In the majority of such lesions the covering of fibrin—like materials and blood cells.The microvilli was decreased.A definite edema of the bridge—like structure was observed.The endothelial surface of central branches of the middle cerebral arteries was lightly damaged. Otherwise,adult animals being more diseased than young ones. The results revealed that hyperlipidemia result in an initiating change in the pathogenesis of arteriosclerosis of the middle cerebral arteries,but it has a small effect on its central branches.Key Words:Arteriosclerosis,Middle cerebral arteries,its cetral branches of middle cerebral arteries,Hyperlipidemia
