摘要
顾客需求导向理论是一种以顾客需求为依据来确定和调整产品、服务价格的定价方法。在阐述顾客需求导向理论的基础上,就该理论在酒店价格形成机制中的具体应用进行了分析,介绍了以客户需求为基础的顾客敏感度价格形成机制、顾客需求变化定价机制、品牌价值附加价格形成机制,并提出了应用顾客需求导向理论应注意的几个问题,以期能够对酒店价格形成提供有益的借鉴。
Customer demand oriented theory is a pricing method that the price of the products and services should be deter- mined and adjusted according to customer's demand . This article discuses how this theory applies to hotel pricing mechanism, introduces the customer sensitivity to price formation mechanism based on the customer demand and finds out the problems which should be paid attention to while applying the customer demand oriented theory in order to provide useful suggestion for hotel pricing formation.
