造船用吊环高强度钢余料制作研究

Research on Remain High Tension Steel of Marine Lifting Lug Making

造船用吊环是各船厂进行船舶建造不可或缺的标准件,构成此标准件的板材零件相对较小。各船厂通用吊环材质默认为船用A级钢,文章从提高造船企业钢材利用率角度出发,分析利用船用各种钢材余料制作吊环的可行性并得出肯定结果,从一定程度降低船厂企业的生产成本。

The lifting lug is the essential standard structure for shipbuilding in the shipyard, which is made by some small pieces. The default material of the lifting lug is grad A in ship steel standard. This paper studies the feasibility of making the lifting lug by remain steel of hull structure and gains the doubtless result. This method can improve the shipyard＇s material cost in making lifting lug in a certain extent.
