船舶设备RCM维修体系的构建和推行

摘要 突破船舶传统维修模式,将以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)理论引入到船舶设备维修中,通过对船舶设备运行状态进行连续或周期性的状态监测,对机械设备的运行状况作出判断,并预测其发展的趋势,从而有效地指导维修活动。其维修模式的创新避免了船舶计划性周期修理的局限性,从而极大提高了设备维修效率和效果,提高了设备的可靠性与可用性,节约了船舶设备维护的成本。 In order to break through the traditional Ship Equipment maintenance mode, the theory of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) is introduced into ship equipment maintenance. The maintenance work is improved efficiently by continuous monitoring the of ship equipment condition. The running condition of equipment might be diagnosed more correctly and the trend of equipment development is forecasted. By means of the maintenance mode innovation, the limitation of ship planned maintenance is avoided, the effect and efficiency of Ship Equipment is improved greatly and the maintenance cost of Ship Equipment is saved.
