In order to break through the traditional Ship Equipment maintenance mode, the theory of reliability centered maintenance （RCM） is introduced into ship equipment maintenance. The maintenance work is improved efficiently by continuous monitoring the of ship equipment condition. The running condition of equipment might be diagnosed more correctly and the trend of equipment development is forecasted. By means of the maintenance mode innovation, the limitation of ship planned maintenance is avoided, the effect and efficiency of Ship Equipment is improved greatly and the maintenance cost of Ship Equipment is saved.
