摘要
分别采用双扭摆模型法、多质量模型法和有限元模型法对一台 N485型柴油机轴系扭振减振器进行了优化设计研究 ,提出了一种内燃机扭振减振器有限元优化设计方法及其通用计算机模拟程序 ,并通过计算分析对 3种方法设计的扭振减振器效果作了比较和评价。
As an example, an optimum design of the model N485 diesel crankshaft system was carried out by the double pendulum model method, the multi mass model method and especially the finite element optimal method respectively. From the optimum design the torsional damper of the system was obtained and a finite element optimal method, as well as its general simulating program for a torsional vibration damper of a diesel engine crankshaft system was developed. The design results from the three methods were compared and estimated.
