摘要
在分析集成块结构及其孔道布置的基础上 ,建立了集成块孔道设计的数学模型。所开发的液压集成块 CAD软件 ,解决了集成块基体上孔道空间位置的确定和孔道之间的干涉问题。该软件可完成从液压系统原理图的输入到孔系自动设计、校核 ,直至零件图的输出工作 ,既可保证设计质量 ,又大大地提高了设计效率。
Hydraulic integrated block is one of the most common used hydraulic parts in hydraulic system. On the basis of analyzing the construction of the integrated block and its holes arrangement, a mathematical model for designing holes in integrated block was established in this paper. The hydraulic integrated block CAD software introduced in this paper emphatically solved how to determine the space position of holes in integrated block and how to avoid the interference among the holes. The software can complete the whole task from inputting hydraulic system schematic diagram, designing and checking holes automatically to outputting the integrated block part drawing. It can not only ensure the design quality but also improve the design efficiency largely.
