摘要
将基本 Petri网模型用于设备故障仿真 ,比故障树分析法 (FTA)更便于描述故障形成与演化的时间历程 ,以及求解设备平均寿命等可靠性指标 ,以柴油发动机供给系故障为例对此进行了说明。为具体设备 (单台 )
The basic Petri net model was applied to the simulation of plant fault to study the time course of forming mechanical system fault. The basic Petri net analysis was connected with the numerical value simulation technique. Using Monte Carlo method to emulation, the fault occurrence time of parts was obtained. According to the fault transmission, the delay of vicissitude node was calculated and the statistical function of system remains lifetime was obtained. This method is more convenient than FTA (fault tree analysis) for explaining the course of fault occurrence and development and for solving MTBF and other indexes of reliability. A diesel system fault of engine was put forward as an example. If the time cut in nod of the Petri net was confirmed and the key state was tracked, the remains lifetime of single plant could be predicted by the basic Petri net method.
