摘要
目的通过对某特种车辆闭舱行驶时舱室内有害气体(CO、CO2、NO2、NH3、SO2、H2S)的测试,将结果与标准对比分析,判断其是否能够满足标准的限值要求,并探讨有害气体测试结果的影响因素。方法某特种车辆闭舱作业过程中,运用有害气体连续自动测试记录仪分别对舱室内有害气体进行测试分析,按照GJB 5834-2006规定的有害气体限值计算方法计算舱室内有害气体的MC(最高浓度)、TWA(时间加权平均)浓度以及STEL(短时间接触浓度),并与限值进行对比。结果驾驶员位、载员舱1号位以及载员舱2号位的CO浓度不符合标准限值要求,其余各项有害气体均满足标准限值要求。结论所测结果中CO气体浓度不符合GJB 5834-2006限值要求。经过分析,影响特种车辆海上闭舱行驶时舱室内有害气体浓度的主要因素有闭舱时间、发动机转速、行驶速度以及发动机尾气的渗漏。
[ Objective] To detect the harmful gases ( CO, CO2, NO2, NH3, H2S and SO/) in closed cabin of a special vehicle dur- ing running, compare the results with the standards, determine if it can meet the requirements of the standard limits, and explore the influencing factors of detection results. [ Methods ] The levels of harmful gases in closed cabin of a special vehicle during run- ning were tested and analyzed by using the harmful gases continuous automatic test recorder. MC { maximum concentration }, TWA [ time-weighted average allowable concentration) and STEL { short term exposure allowable concentration) of harmful gases were calculated in accordance with the calculation method of harmful gases limits ( GJB5834-2006 } , and compared with the standard limits. [ Results] The concentration of CO in the driver~ seat, No. 1 and No. 2 seat of crew compartment did not meet the standards, and other results reached the requirements of standard limits. [ Conclusion] The measurement results of CO do not meet the require- ments of GJB5834-2006. The main factors that can influence the concentration of harmful gases in closed cabin of special vehicle during running include the time of closed cabin, engine speed j running speed and engine exhaust leaks.
