2012年上海市金山区职业病发病形势现状分析

Analysis on incidence of occupational disease in Jinshan District of Shanghai in 2012

目的掌握上海市金山区职业病发病规律和特征,为制定职业病预防控制措施提供依据。方法根据上海市金山区2012年职业病报告卡,结合社区核实调查的结果进行分析。结果 2012年,金山区共报告2类6种53例职业病,其中职业性眼病占69.81%,职业中毒占30.19%;病例分布在15个行业,化学原料和化学制品制造业、有色金属冶炼和压延加工业居前2位,分别占47.17%、15.09%;职业中毒病例16例,其中急性职业中毒占93.75%,慢性职业中毒1例,占6.25%;砷化氢引起的职业中毒占46.67%,引起慢性职业中毒的是苯;近5年职业病发病呈V型反弹上升趋势。结论 2012年金山区主要职业病为化学性眼部灼伤、砷化氢中毒和其他职业性急性中毒,职业性皮肤病和尘肺得到有效控制,职业病发病呈上升趋势。职业病防治工作亟待加强。

[ Objective ] To master the pathogenetic regularity and characteristics of occupational disease in Jinshan District, pro？vide the evidence for occupational disease prevention and control. [ Methods ] According to the report cards of occupational disease in Jinshan District of Shanghai, combined with the community survey, the data was analyzed. [ Results ] There were 2 classes, 6 kinds, 53 cases of occupational diseases in Jinshan District in 2012. Among those, occupational oculopathy cases accounted for 69. 81% and occupational poisoning cases accounted for 30. 19% . In 15 distribution industries, chemical raw materials and chemi？cal products manufacturing industry,non - ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry was the top two industries,ac？counted for 47. 17% and 15. 09% respectively. There were 16 cases of occupational poisoning, including 15 cases of acute occupa？tional poisoning （93.1% ） and 1 case of chronic occupational poisoning （6. 25% ）. The occupational poisoning caused by arsine accounted for 46. 67% , and chronic occupational poisoning was caused by benzene. Nearly five years, the incidence of occupation？al disease showed a rising trend of v-shaped rebound. [ Conclusion] The main occupational disease are chemical eye bums, arsine poisoning and other acute occupational poisoning in Jinshan District in 2012. The occupational skin diseases and pneumoconiosis are effectively controlled and the incidence of occupational disease shows a rising trend. The occupational disease prevention and control need to be strengthened.
