摘要
目的建立测定大闸蟹中五氯酚的气相色谱测定方法。方法大闸蟹中的五氯酚用正己烷在酸性条件下提取后用 碳酸钾反萃取,加人乙酸酐衍生化为五氯酚苯乙酸酯,用HP-5非极性毛细管色谱柱分离后,用气相色谱法(电子捕获检测 器)测定五氯酚的含量。结果五氯酚在0~ 400 pg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 86。方法用于大闸 蟹分析,回收率在71. 3% -88.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSZ))为1.08%。结论该方法操作简易,精密度髙, 收率良好。
[ Objective ] To establish a method for determination of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in Chinese mitten crab by gas chroma?tography. [Methods ] PCP in Chinese mitten crab was extracted with n-hexane in acid conditions, and the extract was back-extrac?ted with potassium carbonate solution. The PCP in solution was derivatized to form PCP phenyl acetate. And it was separated on a HP-5 capillary column and detected with gas chromatography (electronic capture detector) ? [ Results ] There was a good linear rela?tionship in the range of 0-400 pg/L of PCP, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 86. The proposed method was applied to a- nalysis of Chinese mitten crab,giving recoveries of 71. 3% ~ 88.4% and RSD of 1.08% . [ Conclusion]This method is easy to op?erate ,with high precision and good recoveries.
