摘要 将分散到各站(场)及周边技术站的行车指挥作业集中到集中楼内,在原调度指挥功能基础上增加枢纽站集中层的作业指挥功能,采用以不同物理位置的集中楼控制台终端和车站终端作为相互独立的设备,采用主备模式运行,解决了集中楼与车站主备使用的问题,增强了站场间作业协调,提高了作业效率,是TDCS应用模式的一种突破。 In order to bring distributed dispatching and command operations of traffic control at yards and stations within the Jinzhou hub as well as surrounding technical stations into a centralized controlling building, a central layer of dispatching and command operations is added to the original dispatching and command function with console terminals in the centralized controlling building and terminals at stations being mutually independent equipment in main-standby operation mode, which can solve the problem of main - standby operating of the centralized controlling building and the stations, enhance the coordination of inter - station operations, improve the efficiency of work, is a breakthrough of the TDCS application model.
