千头菊茎尖组培培养基的筛选及成苗率试验

摘要 筛选出千头菊茎尖诱导的最佳培养基为MS+ 6BA2 .0 mg/L,其愈伤组织诱导率达91 .3 % ;植株再生的最佳分化、繁殖培养基为1/2 MS( 铁盐含量不变) ,将愈伤组织转移到此培养基中,7 ~10d 后便分化出绿芽,40 ~50d 后成苗率可达79 .2 % 。 In this paper techniques and methods of stem tip meristem culture and plantlet regeneration of thousand of head chrysanthemum were studied. Select the most suitable medium for its stem tip induction culture was MS+6 BA2.0mg·L -1 and the induction rate of callus could reached at 91.3%. The most adaptable regeneration medium was 1/2 MS (the content of ferrous salt was not changed). Green buttons could be seen after 7 days when the calli were put on this medium. And, after 40-50 days, the survival rate of seedling could reach at about 79.2%.
