摘要
针对京津城际延伸线工程,提出一种基于纯国产信号设备的CTCS-3D级列控系统方案。为了满足与京津城际铁路的互联互通,该方案以国产客专CTCS-2级地面列控系统为基础,对其进行适应性改造,以同时满足ETCS-1级车载设备和CTCS-2车载设备的控车需求。从总体技术框架、联锁与室外信号机、列控中心与LEU、调度台与临时限速、应答器组及报文以及落物防护等方面对该方案进行了介绍。
The scheme of a new CTCS-3D train control system for Beijing - Tianjin intercity railway ex- tension project based on domestic signal equipment is presented in this paper. In order to obtain the com- patibility with Beijing - Tianjin intercity high speed railway, the existing domestic CTCS-2 level train con- trol system equipment was modified to meet the requirements of ETCS-1 level onboard devices and CTCS- 2 level onboard devices. The CTCS-3D level train control system scheme based on domestic signal equip- ment is analyzed in terms of whole technical framework, interlocking and outdoor signals, train control center and LEU, CTC console and temporary speed restriction, balise group and telegram , as well as rock fall protection.
