Talking About QDJ Turnout and ZBHJ Circuit Test

ZBHJ和QDJ的作用是为了在保证提速道岔三相交流电断相、卡阻等情况下,能可靠地切断电源,停止室外道岔的转换,防止电机缺相运行或三相电机长时间非正常空转造成电机损坏。就日常工作中对QDJ和ZBHJ电路的试验,谈谈自己的想法。

The role of ZBHJ and QDJ is to ensure cut-off the power supply of speed-up switch reliably e- ven in the condition of three-phase AC phase breaking or blocking to stop the conversion of the outdoor turnout, thus avoid motor damages caused by motor＇s out-of-phase or long time abnormal idle running of three-phase motor. Based on daily test of ZBHJ and QDJ circuit, the author presents his own ideas about the tests on the QDJ and ZBHJ circuit.
