通过对高铁信号设备维护岗位培训规范建立过程的回顾以及高铁信号从业人员现状和培训师资力量的分析,发现高铁信号设备维护培训工作中存在的问题,旨在找出一条更好的增强高铁培训效果的行之有效的方法。

Based on a review of establishing the process of high-speed railway signal equipment mainte- nance job training rules and regulations and a current situation analysis of high-speed railway signal work- force and training teachers resource, we explore the existing problems in training work in hope for working out more effective methods to improves the quality of training.
