摘要 目的:对子宫内膜移位症进行VEGF含量与内异症分期的相关性研究,并为临床辅助诊断提供参考资料。方法:选取我院妇科经腹腔镜手术及术后病理证实为子宫内膜异位症患者36例,使用Elisa法检测患者血清和腹腔液中VEGF的含量,按不同R-AFS分期进行统计学分析。结果:不同R-AFS分期血清中VEGF含量不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同R-AFS分期腹腔液中VEGF含量不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);R-AFS分期与患者血清及腹腔液中VEGF含量成正相关,相关有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:此结果进一步证实了,VEGF在子宫内膜异位症中的重要作用,并且由于其与疾病程度的明显相关,可以将VEGF做为子宫内膜异位症分期的诊断依据以及疗效判断的监测指标。 Objective: Endometriosis correlation of VEGF levels and stages of endometriosis, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods: Hospital gynecological laparoscopic surgery and pathology confirmed endometriosis 36 patients, Elisa assay using serum and peritoneal fluid VEGF levels, different R-AFS for statistical analysis phases. Results: R-AFS serum VEGF levels in different phases, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); different stages of different R-AFS VEGF levels in peritoneal fluid, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); R-AFS staging of patients with serum VEGF levels in peritoneal fluid and a positive correlation was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: These results further confirmed the important role of VEGF in endometriosis in, and because of its significant correlation with the degree of the disease, can be used as VEGF endometriosis staging and diagnosis is based on the efficacy of the judgment monitoring indicators.
