摘要
目的:通过新疆9家三级综合性医院在医院评审过程中患者安全目标专项结果分析,了解9家医院患者安全目标所达到的级别、取得的真实成效和存在的突出问题,并为进一步完善医疗质量管理体系与持续化改进提供依据,同时可以有效形成医疗服务的质量保证与改进机制,促进医疗机构持续改进。方法:参照统一评审标准,统一培训各组评审专家,对新疆9家三级综合性医院在医院评审过程中患者安全目标专项结果情况进行分析。结果:患者十大安全目标实际平均得分与A级、B级、C级标准得分比较差别无统计学意义(P1>0.05,P2>0.05,P3>0.05),9所三级综合医院在患者十大安全目标平均水平方面达到B级别。结论:通过9所三级综合医院在医院评审中专项检查结果分析可以得出,患者安全目标管理方面还存在诸多缺陷与问题,医院需进一步持续改进。
objective: Through the xinjiang nine tertiary general hospital medical quality and safety management in the process of level hospital evaluation special result analysis, to learn nine hospitals in the indicators and the overall health care quality and safety had reached the level achieved in the real effectiveness and the outstanding problems, and to further improve health care quality management system and provide the basis for continuous improvement of, and can effectively form of medical services quality assurance and improvement mechanisms to promote the continuous improvement of medical institutions, so that patients ultimately satisfied with the service. Methods : Refer uniform assessment criteria, unified training assessors in each group, Xinjiang nine three general hospitals in the hospital patient safety goal of the assessment process specific results were analyzed. Results: Ten patient safety goals and actual average score A grade, B grade, C grade standard score was no significant difference compared to(P1〉 0.05, P2〉 0.05, P3〉 0.05).Conclusion: nine three general hospitals in the hospital accreditation in special inspection result analysis can be drawn, the patient safety target management, there are still many defects and problems, the hospital for further continuous improvement.
