INEOS电解槽极盘修复改造方案

摘要 分析INEOS电解单元槽阳极盘密封面泄漏的原因是:极盘的密封面和极网厚度不足1 mm。经密封面镀钯、处理漏点、平整极网、加入支撑条,修复阳极盘,解决了极网变形和密封面的腐蚀泄漏问题。 The leakage causes of sealing surface of INEOS electrolyzer anode plates were analyzed due to the insufficient thickness of sealing surface of anode plate and the insufficient thickness of electrode net, both of which were less than 1 mm. After plating palladium on sealing surface, treating leaking points, and the flatting electrode net, adding stays, and corrosion leakage of sealing surface were repairing anode plates, the distortion of electrode nets solved.
