分析了钠法漂粉精装置精制系统运行过程中存在设备卡死,甚至物料受热分解等问题的原因,通过改变操作方式、增设电流值连锁保护程序,提高了精制系统的生产能力和安全运行水平。
The causes of some problems occurred during the running of refining system for sodium- process bleaching powder concentrated, such as the blockades of equipment, decomposition of materials while heated, were analyzed. After c program, the production capacity and hanging operational mode, adding current interlocking protection safe running level of the refining system were increased.
