摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为原料,采用偶氮.过硫酸铵复合引发体系,采取一次性加料方法,以特性黏数为主要考核指标,对10%阳离子度二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺的共聚物进行了制备工艺优化研究。研究了单体质量分数、偶氮引发剂用量、过硫酸铵用量、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(Na2EDTA)用量和脲用量对产物特性黏数和溶解时间的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件是:单体质量分数为17.5%.偶氮引发剂用量占单体的质量分数为6×10^-5,过硫酸铵用量占单体的质量分数为4×10^-4,Na2EDTA用量占单体的质量分数为2×10^-4,脲用量占单体的质量分数为1×10^-3,产物特性黏数为15.8dL/g,溶解时间为2h。
Using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylamide as raw materials and azo compound-ammonium persulfate as initiator, the preparation technologies of copolymer poly(DMDAAC-co-AM) with cationicity of 10% via one-stage addition of the monomers were researched with intrinsic viscosity as main quantitative criterion. The effects of the monomer mass percentage, azo compound initiator dosage, ammonium persulfate dosage, Na2EDTA dosage and urea dosage on the intrinsic viscosity and dissolving time of the copolymer were studied. The results showed that intrinsic viscosity of copolymer with cationicity of 10% was up to 15.8 dL/g and the dissolving time was 2 h,when the monomer mass percentage was 17.5%, the mass ratio of azo compound to monomer was 6×10^-5, the mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to monomer was 4×10^-4, the mass ratio of Na2EDTA to monomer was 2×10^-4, and the mass ratio of urea to monomer was 1×10^-3.
