摘要
对部分留着率较低的车间原有助留体系进行优化中试,中试结果表明:留着率提高了15百分点,浆料流失减少,降低了抄纸的物料消耗;成纸耐折度、裂断长、撕裂指数和表面强度较中试前总体提高且波动较小,纸张细腻程度明显改善;产品质量和运行效率进一步提高。
Pilot optimization test was carried out in some plants which had low retention rate. The pilot test results showed that the retention rate was increased by 15%, stock lost was decreased, the material consumption of papermaking was reduced, paper folding degree, breaking length, tearing index and surface strength were improved overall and comparatively stable with less variation when compared with paper propertied before the pilot test, paper fineness was improved significantly, and product quality and efficiency were further improved.
