聚丙烯酸酯在纸张涂布中的应用

Application of Polyacrylate in Paper Coating

纸张涂布是通过涂布颜料粒子填充、覆盖原纸凹凸不平的表面，提高纸的白度和不透明度，改善纸面的平滑性和光泽度，使纸页表面具有均匀良好的油墨吸收性，从而获得较好的适印性，得到良好的印刷效果。该文通过实验分析、对比了胶粘剂聚丙烯酸酯和干酪素在涂布过程中对涂布加工纸适印性的影响，定量研究了聚丙烯酸酯涂料的性能指标，并对其试验结果进行了理论探讨和分析。

Paper coating is a process which uses coating pigment particle to fill and cover uneven surface of base paper, increase the whiteness and opacity of paper, improve the smoothness and gloss of paper, make ink absorption of sheet surface uniform and good, thus to gain a better printability and printing effect. In this paper, effects of polyacrylate binder and casein binder on printing properties of coating process paper in the coating process were analyzed and compared by experiments, and performance of polyacrylate coating was studied quantitatively, and the test results were discussed and analyzed theoretically.
