摘要 本文采用条形码识别手段,开发了条形码管理系统,对动车组关键配件信息追溯进行管理。通过制定科学的编码方式,不仅提高仓库的利用率和现场操作人员的工作效率,还可对配件的批次、使用状况及作业过程等进行管理和安全卡控。为保证关键配件在运用中的维修质量,通过条形码标签识别手段实现配件入库验收、检修作业、故障处理、委托修、报废等状态跟踪以及全生命周期管理和作业过程安全卡控,确保整个铁路局动车组运用的检修生产质量和行车安全。 In this paper, the barcode identification method was used to develop Barcode Management System, which could manage the key accessories information traceability of EMUs (Electric Multiple Units). According to the scientific way of coding, not only the warehouse utilization and operator's work efficiency were enhanced, but also the parts of the batch, using condition and operation process as well as safety, etc, could be managed and controlled. To ensure the maintenance quality of key accessories in the use, the status tracking of parts inventory acceptance, repair and maintenance, troubleshooting, trust repair, scrap, etc, and the whole life cycle management and control process safety control could be implemented by barcode identification method. Finally, the maintenance production quality and safety of entire railway administrations could be ensured.
