摘要
钢管内混凝土与钢管共同形成钢管拱桥的主要受力结构,是钢管拱桥的"生命线"工程,因此钢管内混凝土能否顺利施作具有重大意义。结合实际施工对混凝土的泵送过程的几个技术问题进行论述:混凝土的技术性能、拱肋内混凝土的泵送先后次序安排、钢管所承载的泵送压力计算、泵送口的截止阀门设置、进料短管与钢管拱肋间的连接构造、针对缀板的加强措施、输送泵的选型、减小泵送压力的施工措施等,以期对钢管内砼施工提供技术借鉴。
Concrete in steel tube together with steel tube forms the main stress bearing structures, which is the life of steel- tube arch bridge. Therefore, it is very important to ensure concrete to be conducted to steel tube. Based on practice of pumping concrete into steel tube, the author analyzes several technical problems that may occur during concrete pumping such as the concrete technical performance, pumping sequence arrangement for rib concrete, calculation of the pressure beard by steel pipe, stop valve arrangement at pumping entrance, connection structure between short feeding tube and rib of steel tube, strengthening measures for batten plate, type selection for conveying pump and construction measures to reduce pumping pressure, etc. so as to provide reference for concrete construction in steel tube.
