光面爆破在茶坡里隧道中的应用

Application of Smooth Blasting in Chapodaoli Tunnel

结合杭长客专茶坡里隧道光面爆破工程实际,介绍了该工程光面爆破设计情况,以及光面爆破钻爆施工技术。施工实践证明:光面爆破施工在不良地质条件下效果更为显著,能减少危石和支护的工程量,进一步保证了施工安全;而且光面爆破开挖轮廓平整,围岩无破碎,减少了裂隙,大幅减少超欠挖量。

In view of the smooth blasting construction of Chapoli Tunnel on Hangzhou-Changsha passenger dedicated rail- way, the paper introduces the smooth blasting of the project as well as the drilling and blasting techniques of the smootl~ blasting. Construction practice shows that smooth blasting can achieve a better result in poor condition such as reducing workload of hazardous rocks removal and supporting and ensuring construction safety. In addition, the technique produces smooth outline, solves the problem of fracture in surrounding rocks and significantly reduces the cracks and quantity of over-break.
