摘要
我国铁路货车用铸钢车轮标准TB/T 1013—2011《碳素钢铸钢车轮》修订自TB/T 1013—1999《碳素钢铸钢车轮技术条件》。介绍标准的修订背景、修订过程和修订内容。对标准中碳素钢铸钢车轮的钢牌号、化学成分、抗拉强度、硬度、冲击性能、显微组织、晶粒度、微观纯净度、探伤等检测指标和试验方法的验证和修订情况予以详细说明。
The railway standard TB/T 1013--1999 ＂Technical Specification of Carbon Cast Steel Wheel＂ was re- vised into TB/T 1013--2011 ＂Carbon Cast Steel Wheel＂ which is the standard for cast steel wheel of railway freight car. In this paper, the revision background, process and contents are introduced. The verification and revi- sion of performance indexes and test method about steel grade, chemical composition, tensile, hardness, impact, microstructure, grain size, micro-purity, fault detection, etc are interpreted in detail.
