利用电磁接触器现场数据进行产品RAMS评估

摘要 定量的RAMS数据是产品可靠性设计、维修策略制定和备件方案设计的重要依据,也是评价和论证产品RAMS指标是否达成的重要参考。在实践的基础上,以通过定时截尾方式获取定量的RAMS数据来评估电磁接触器RAMS参数为例,探讨如何收集电气产品运用过程中的现场数据,应用现场数据分析和评估产品的定量RAMS结果,并利用这些结果评价已设计产品、指导设计改进同类新产品。 Quantitative data of RMAS is a very important basis for the design of reliability, establishment of main- tenance strategy and spare parts schematic design. Mso it's an important reference to evaluating and demonstrating whether the products' RAMS indexes are achieved. On the basis of practice, taking the evaluation of electromagnetic contactor's RAMS by using of timing terminated data as example, the author describes how to collect field data on the operation process of electric products, analyze and assess the quantitative results of RAMS by using field data collected during the product's operation, evaluate the existing product designs and improve the performance of RAMS of new products continuously via the application of these results.
