摘要
合成了一种可聚合黄色偶氮染料,采用LC-MS、IR、HPLC等方法对染料进行测试与分析。染料含有甲基丙烯酰胺不饱和反应基团,可用于人工晶体材料的制备。染料最大吸收波长为365 nm,制成的人工晶体材料折射率为1.53,阿贝数为42,玻璃化转变温度为12℃。
A polymerizable yellow azo dye was synthesized and characterized by LC - MS, IR, HPLC. The dye containing an unsatu- rated group of methyl acrylamide and it can be used to make polymer materials for artificial intraocular lens. The maximum absorption wave length of the dye is 365 nm; the material prepared with the dye hasa refraction index of 1.53, a Abbe number of 42 and a glass transition temperature of 12℃.
