Study on School-enterprise Cooperation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province

其于学生就业和企业用工的合作是目前河南省高职院校校企合作的主要形式,共同实施人才培养、合作开展技术研发、建立职教集团、开展社会服务是高职院校正在探索和实施的合作新形式。但是,当前仍然存在着对校企合作的重要性认识不足、校企合作层次不高、合作关系不稳定、校企合作的长效机制没有建立等问题。要解决这些问题,就必须建立适应校企合作办学需要的教学管理运行模式,形成校企合作的长效机制,拓展校企合作工作思路,加强双师型教师队伍建设,加强过程监控和结果评估,提高校企合作质量。

Solving the student employment and the enterprise recruitment are the main content of school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges in Henan province. Furthermore, implementing the talent cultivation in common, cooperating the technique R＆amp;D, setting up the vocational educational group and carrying out the social service are the new explorative and implementary cooperative pattern of higher vocational colleges. There are still some problems, such as： lack on knowing the importance to school-enterprise cooperation, do not cooperate in deep level, do not have the steady cooperative relations, do not establish the long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to establish the teaching management running mode to adjust the school-enterprise cooperation, form the long-term mechanism, change the school-enterprise cooperation working idea, reinforce the double-capability teacher construction, process monitoring and result assessment.
