摘要
报道1例70岁腔隙性脑梗死,高血压患者服用厄贝沙坦片后发生严重高血压不良反应的临床案例,分析发生不良反应与用药的相关性。提示临床医生在使用厄贝沙坦片治疗高血压的同时,注意监测其不良反应,确保患者的用药安全。
It was reported that the serious adverse drug reaction occurred in a 70-year-old patient with lacunar cerebral infarction and hypertension after his taking irbesartan tablets, and the analysis was made for the correlation between the medicine and the ADR. It was suggested that clinical doctors should pay attention to monitoring the ADRs when irbesartan is used in the treatment of hypertension so as to ensure the safety of patients.
