摘要 介绍了采用IPOSIM和Simulation-Tool软件计算载荷工况下损耗和温升的方法,并对软件的计算方法作了改进,形成了二次开发程序,克服了原有软件对载荷点数量的限制。以某地铁车辆变频器的运行数据为研究对象,通过程序计算得到了运行过程中的损耗、散热器温度、IGBT模块中芯片壳温及结温变化曲线,可为地铁车辆IGBT变频器的热设计工作提供指导。 A method was introduced to calculate losses and temperature rise under loading condition via IPOSIM and Simulation-Tool software, and then made a further improvement in forming a secondary development program which eliminated the limitation of original software on load point number. Taking the running data of converters for a certain metro vehicle as a research object, curves of losses, radiator's temperature, case's temperature and chip-junction's temperature of IGBT module in the operating process were obtained by the program, which can provide guidance for thermal design of IGBT converter for metro vehicle.
