分析桁缝机的工作原理和功能，对独立绗缝机计算机控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计进行了分析与研究，提出了具有远程通信和独立绗缝功能的设计思想，并解决随着绗缝面料越厚花样越易变型的问题。

This thesis introduces the principle and function of quilting machine. It analyses and researches for the hardware composition and software design of quilting machine computer control system in dependent pattern. It advances the design, which has the functions of remote communication and quilting in dependent pattern. It has solved the problem that the more thick of the material the more changing of the shape.
