优质急诊护理在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing in Emergency Treatment for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨优质化的急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者抢救中的应用效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将120例AMI患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予常规抢救流程,观察组给予优质化的急诊护理流程。比较两组患者的抢救成功率、并发症发生率、住院时间、院内复发率和院内再行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)率。结果观察组患者进出诊室时间为(42.67±12.18)min,低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组院内AMI复发率、院内再行PCI率分别是5.00%、8.33%,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度为96.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优质化的急诊护理可以缩短抢救时间,提高抢救效果和家属满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of high-quality nursing process in acute myocardial infarction （AMI） in rescuing patients and provide reference for the clinical treatment. Methods A total of 120 AMI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group, accepting high-quality nursing and conventional treatment respectively. The rescue success rate, complication rate, hospital stay, hospital recurrence rate and hospital and percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） rate were compared in two groups. The recurrence rate of AMI, hospital and PCI rates in the observation group were 5.00% and 8. 33% respec- tively, lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The family satisfaction in observation group was 96. 67%, high- er than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in hospitalized time between two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The high-quality nursing can shorten rescue time, improve the satisfaction and family members, and is worthy of clinical application.
