清热除痹汤对华南基层部队士兵湿热痹型关节痛的疗效观察 被引量:4

Therapeutic Effect of Qingre Chubi Soup on Moist-heat Type Joint Pain of Grassroots Soldiers in South China

摘要 目的观察清热除痹汤对华南地区基层部队战士湿热痹型关节痛的疗效。方法对华南基层部队166名湿热痹型关节痛士兵随机分为治疗组(83例)、对照组(83例),分别给予清热除痹汤和湿热痹片口服治疗,观察治疗20天后总有效率及临床指标的改善情况。结果清热除痹汤能明显改善湿热痹患者的关节疼痛、关节疼痛个数(P<0.05),显著提高疾病总体疗效评价(P<0.05),总有效率是93.78%。结论清热除痹汤治疗湿热痹型关节痛疗效确切,值得在华南地区进一步研究和推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingre Chubi soup on of grassroots soldiers in South China with moist-heat type joint pain. Methods A total of 166 grassroots soldiers in South China with mois-heat type joint pain were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by the Shirebi tablets, and the treatment group was treated by the Qingre Chuhi soup. After 20 days, the total efficiency and improvement in clinical parameters were observed. Results Qingre Chubi soup improved significantly the joint pain and quantity of joint pain, and overall ef- ficacy evaluation of disease of grassroots soldiers in South China with moist-heat type joint pain (P〈0. 05). The total ef- fective rate was 93. 78%. Conclusion Qingre Chubi soup has good efficacy on moist-heat type joint pain of grassroots. and is worthy of further research and developing in South China.
