从加入WTO、农业结构调整、生产和科技现状分析碾米工业面临新的发展机遇。国有小型碾米企业应抓住良机尽快实行资产重组 ,充分利用现有资产和资源 ,改变购销模式 ,广泛吸纳社会资金 ,以争取更大的发展。
The rice milling industry is facing with a new developing opportunity from the analysis of the present condition of production, science and technology, WTO accession and agricultural structure readjusment. State operated small scale rice milling enterprises should hold this good chance to carry out capital recombination as soon as possible in order to make more progress. However, the large and medium sized rice milling enterprises will become the main body of the rice milling industry.
