Study on collision prevention and signal multimedia test for inland water seafarers and its application

文章针对内河船员理论统考方式存在的不足,提出利用多媒体技术进行内规命题设计研究,改革内河船员考试方式,对提高船员考试效能具有一定的建设意义。

This paper, based on the inadequacy of ways of inland water seafarers’theory test, proposes to study the test design by means of multimedia technology, innovate the ways of inland water seafarers’ test. The author believes that it will have constructive significance for improving test efficiency.
