上转换单光子探测器最新进展 被引量:3

The new development of up-conversion single-photon detector

摘要 单光子探测器的研制是量子光学和量子信息领域的一个重要研究课题.本文提出了一种基于长波泵浦频率转换技术和多模光纤耦合接收方法的新型上转换单光子探测器,有效的解决了上转换单光子探测器所面临的高噪声和系统不稳定等问题,成功获得最高量子效率为27%,噪声仅2800Hz的实验结果.该方法不仅降低传统上转换探测的噪声,并且大大提高了系统的稳定性,为实用化上转换单光子探测器提供了可能. Single photon detector is an essential part of quantum optics and quantmn infornlation. We demonstrate up-conversion single-photon detector for the 1550 nm telecommunications band using long-wavelength pump and multimode fiber coupling. We achieve total-system detection efficiency of around 27% with noise as low as 280(} Hz. This method decreases the noise and significantly improves the system stability. What is more, it is very suitable for the practical product of up-conversion single-photon detector.
