2008年全球金融危机之后,金融合作迅速上升为中美战略与经济对话的核心内容之一,并取得了丰硕成果。中美金融合作的重点表现在双方的市场准入,并呈现出显著的非对称性,而在国际金融体系改革和金融监管领域尚缺乏实质性的合作成果。中美金融合作存在明确而显著的内在需求,未来的发展前景十分广阔。中国政府可以更为积极的姿态和创新的策略,推动中美双边金融合作,这将显著增强中美两国的战略互信,有助于构建新型大国关系,并为全球金融治理做出贡献。

Sino-US financial cooperation has instantly become to a core topic of the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue in the wake of the global financial crisis.The two sides have made significant headway in the cooperation.The focal point of the cooperation is mutual market entry,which is noticeably unsymmetrical.However,there have been little substantial progress regarding the reform of international monetary system and financial regulation.Clearly,China and the US have great demand for bilateral financial cooperation and,therefore,China can be more active and innovative in pushing such cooperation so that it can help build mutual trust,build a new relationship between the two major powers and contribute to global financial governance.
