摘要
结合自制的全自动数字式单纱强力仪,研究单纱强力仪强力信号的几种数字处理方式.结果表明:数字陷波器在滤除了干扰同时,也放大了部分高频分量,使强力信号的信噪比无法改善;相减法滤波除了混有工频干扰外,还有其它随机噪声存在;只要选择合适的采样频率,滑动平均法能有效消除工频干扰.以富利叶级数表示单纱的强力-伸长曲线,探讨了用滑动平均法时,为满足数据精度需要所必须的信号采样频率.
Sveral types of digital signal processing on the strand strength of the single yarn tester were made by self-made auto digital signal yarn tester. The results shown that the digital wave- framed device amplifies the rate of the high frequency while filtering the interference. As a result, the signal-to-noise ratio cannot be improved. If the wave is filtered by means of phase decrease, there exists random noses as well as work frequency interference. Mean sliding method can get rid of the interference on condition that proper sampling frequency is chosen. The signal sampling frequency to meet the data accuracy was discussed when the mean sliding method is adopted.
