摘要
旅游景区是旅游产业链上所有主体的利益交汇点,也是多元主体利益冲突的多发地段。在社会责任视阈下,厘清了旅游景区多元主体利益冲突的横向与纵向表现,指出主体间社会责任与价值博弈失衡是导致利益冲突的成因,构建了旅游景区多元主体的社会责任系统,从社会责任的沟通机制、激励机制、约束机制角度构建了维持利益均衡体系的冲突协调机制,并从不同主体视角明确了加强责任自我管理的对策措施。
Tourist attraction is the convergence of interests of all subjects in tourism industrial chain, and also the spot where multiple subjects' conflicts of interests exist. From the perspective of social responsibility, the article clarifies the horizontal and vertical performances of multiple subjects ' conflict of interests, and points out that game imbalance between social responsibility and value among subjects leads to conflict. Then, it builds a social responsibility system of multiple subjects in tourist attraction and coordination mechanisms of conflict from the perspective of communication mechanism, incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism of social responsibility. Finally, it puts forward some coun-termeasures to strengthen responsibility management.
