涤纶长丝与Taly纤维仿丝绸交织物产品的开发

介绍了Taly纤维的性能特点,结合生产实践,针对每种纤维特性,通过优选各工序工艺参数和工艺试验,分析了织造各工序的因素对涤纶长丝与Taly纤维仿丝绸交织物产品的影响,对生产该产品所采取的技术措施和工艺参数作了阐述,得出:产品属于高档产品,加工难度大,为了生产出优质的产品,首先要加工出符合国标的纱线;其次在织造时,要合理配置织造工艺参数,有利于提高织物品质和综合效率,为提高产品质量提供一定的参考依据。

The properties of Taly are introduced. In combination with production practice, according to each fiber characteristics, through optimizing the process parameters and process test, this paper analyses the influence of weaving factors on the silk-like interwoven products with polyester and Taly fiber, and expounds＆nbsp;the technical measures and process parameters. It concludes that these interwoven products are high-grade products, the processing is more difficult. In order to produce high quality products, first, it is necessary to produce the yarn which meet the national standard; secondly, when weaving, to allocate reasonably the weaving process parameters, help to improve the fabric quality and comprehensive efficiency, provide certain reference basis for improving product quality.
