摘要
介绍了传统纺织染整企业改造升级过程中,通过挖潜改造生产设备,提高产品品质,降低生产消耗,加强生产管理等办法,使企业走出困境,提高企业经济效益的成功经验。对传统企业的改造升级具有一定的指导作用。
This article describes the successful experience in the process of the transformation and upgrading in traditional textile dyeing and finishing enterprises, by tapping the potential transformation of production equipment, improving product quality, reducing production consumption and strengthening production management, so that the enterprise can be out of the difficulties and the economic efficiency can be improved. It has a certain reference guidance on the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises.
