2005-2012年双流县法定报告传染病网络直报质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Direct Network Report of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Shuangliu County,2005-2012

目的分析双流县2005-2012年法定报告传染病网络直报质量,以提高和规范传染病报告管理工作。方法通过《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取双流县报告的法定传染病卡片,导出数据进行统计分析。结果双流县2005-2012年网络直报率100%,共报告法定传染病卡片25484张,县级及以上医疗机构为主要报告单位。报告及时率从63.21%上升到100%,审核及时率从90.44%上升到100%。卡片填写完整率从0.00%上升到99.90%,错误率从26.26%下降到0.00%。结论双流县网络直报工作逐步完善,总体运行良好。传染病网络直报质量逐年提高,但仍存在填写质量问题;应继续加强对医疗机构的培训与督导。

Objective To analyze the reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases in Shuangliu county from 2005 to 2012 for purpose of improving and standardization in management of infectious disease reporting. Methods Report cards of all notifiable infectious diseases in Shuangliu county during 2005 to 2012 were ob- tained from ＂Information Management System of Disease Surveillance and Report＂. Data collected from the cards were statistically analyzed. Results The rate of direct network reporting was 100% in Shuangliu county during the period. A total of 25 484 cards of notifiable infectious diseases were reported, mainly from medical institutions at county level or above. Through the period the timely reporting rate increased from 63.21% to 100%, the timely - examining rate increased from 90. 44% to 100% and the accomplishment rate of cards in- creased from 0% to 100%, while the error rate decreased from 26.26% to 0%. Conclusion The direct net- work reporting system in Shuangliu county has been gradually improving and well operated as a whole. However, there are still filling - in quality problems, which highlights the necessity of more strengthened training and supervision on medicaI institutions.
