Quality of Infectious Disease Report Cards in Medical Institutions in Zigong in 2012

目的了解2012年自贡市传染病报告卡的填报情况,为提高传染病报告质量提供依据。方法用分层和单纯随机抽样方法抽取医疗机构进行调查。结果自贡市医疗机构传染病报告卡总合格率为31.7%。不同级别的医疗机构之间、不同地区之间合格率不同,差异有统计学意义,不同的传染病分类、不同的病例来源合格率差异无统计学意义。结论应加强传染病报告管理,加强传染病诊断标准和传染病报告卡填报的规范化培训。

Objective To investigate the status of infectious disease report cards in Zigong in 2012, and to pro- vide references for improving the reporting quality of infectious diseases. Methods Stratified and simple ran- dom sampling were employed for surveying the medical institutions. Results The total qualified rate of infec- tious diseases report cards was 31.7 % The qualified rates between different regions and different level medical institutions were statistically different. The qualified rates of different infectious disease classification and dif- ferent sources showed no statistical difference. Conclusion It should be strengthened to improve the quality of the infectious disease report cards in aspects of management of infectious reports, standardized training on di- agnosis criterion and completing of the cards.
