5,5’-二硫代二水杨酸和5-巯基水杨酸的合成及反应研究

摘要 以水杨酸为原料,氯磺酸为磺化剂,在四氯化碳溶剂中反应制得5-磺酰氯水杨酸(5-SO2Cl-Sal),然后用锡和浓盐酸还原,合成了5,5’-二硫代二水杨酸(5,5’-DTDS)和5-巯基水杨酸(5-SH-Sal).用5-SH-Sal与氯化汞反应得到了1∶1型和2∶1型的巯基与Hg(II)键合的两种Hg(II)配合物,而5,5’-DTDS在乙醇/水混合液中与Hg(II)离子不反应.发现了一种以苯系磺酰氯为原料,还原制备二硫代二苯系物的新方法. In this study, 5 -sulfonic chloride salicylic acid was prepared by reacting salicylic acid with sulfonic acid chloride in carbon tetrachloride. 5,5 ' - dithiodisalicylic acid and 5 - thiodisalicylic acid were obtained by deoxidizing 5 -sulfonic chloride salicylic acid with stan- num particles in hydrochloric acid solution. Both 1 : 1 and 2 : 1 type Hg (Ⅱ) complexes were ob- tained by reacting 5 - thiodisalicylic acid with mercuric chloride, and 5,5' - dithiodisalicylic acid does not react with mercuric chloride in ethanol/water mixture. The result was a new method of preparing dithiodibenzoic compounds by deoxidize sulfonic chloride benzene.
