摘要
endocan又名内皮细胞特异性分子-1,最早是由法国科学家Lassalle等从脐静脉内皮细胞cDNA文库克隆出的一种内皮细胞特异性分子,在正常人体内主要由肺、肾脏血管内皮细胞分泌,其影响白细胞的黏附、迁移,并在炎症性疾病及肿瘤的进展中起关键作用。近年研究发现,endocan参与脓毒血症和ALI的病理生理过程,在预测疾病的严重性方面具有积极的临床意义。
endocan is a novel human endothelial cell-specific molecule cloned from human umbrilical vein endothelial cell cDNA library, which was found by Dr. Lassalle from France. Endocan is expressed in endothelial cell of lung and kidney, which can affect adhesion, migration of white blood cells, and play a key role in inflammatory diseases and tumor. In recent years, researchers have found that endocan may be involved in the pathogenesis of sepsis and associated with the development of acute lung injury, and represent the positive clinical significance.
