内镜逆行胰胆管造影术中文文献的可视化研究

Visualized bibliometric analysis of the endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography in Chinese literature

摘要 目的 对近10年国内内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)的文献进行可视化计量分析.方法 选择2001年至2011年中国知网CNKI数据库有关ERCP的核心期刊文献,采用CiteSpace软件以及BICOMB书目共现分析系统对ERCP的文献分布特征、热点领域等进行分析.结果 共检索出743条研究文献题录.分析显示,上海地区在ERCP研究领域实力最强;高频关键词为诊断、胰腺炎、胆总管结石等,中心度为0.12~0.43.结论 我国ERCP研究力量集中在上海地区,研究热点为ERCP的诊断、并发症和胆道治疗. Objective To explore the research situation of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) of China by Visualized Bibliometric analysis. Methods Based on the documents from core journals of China Knowledge Network, we collected the ERCP data from 2001 to 2011, and analyzed the document characteristics and research focus field by using CiteSpace software and BICOMB software. Results Seven hundred and forty-three documents were retrieved. It was showed that Shanghai region topped the list of the research fields in China. The high frequency keywords included diagnosis, pancreatitis, and choledocholithiasis, and the centrality ranged from 0.12 to 0.43. Conclusion The major research forces of China are located in Shanghai;the research focuses of ERCP include diagnosis, complications, and treatment.
