摘要
基于电压空间矢量分析原理,提出了一种适用于开关管钳位混合单相三电平整流器的双滞环SVPWM电流控制方法。分析了单相三电平整流器的工作模式,提出了一种四态双滞环比较器来控制电流内环。根据输入比较器的误差电流大小,输出四种状态值,结合由电动势与预测电流离散化计算得到的指令电压矢量的所在区域,选择最佳开关输出矢量,使得电流误差控制在系统要求范围内。通过Matlab仿真,比较了跟踪电压矢量、两态单滞环、四态双滞环SVPWM电流三种控制方法,仿真结果验证了四态双滞环电流控制的优越性,通过小功率样机实验验证了双滞环控制算法的可靠性。
Based on the principle of voltage space vector analysis, a kind of double hysteresis current SVPWM control method for a mixed single-phase three-level rectifier is proposed. This paper analyzes the working mode of a single-phase three-level rectifier, puts forward a double hysteresis comparator to control the current inner ring. Four state values will be output from the comparator according to the value of error current. Combined with the area of the command voltage vector which is calculated by the electromotive force and the forcasted current from discretizing, the best output vector of switch is chosen to make the current error be within the scope of the system requirements. Through MATLAB simulation, this paper compares three kinds of control methods, named the tracking voltage vector and two-state hysteresis, four-state double hysteresis SVPWM current. The superiority of the four-state double loop hysteresis controller is verified by the results. The reliability of double hysteresis current control algorithm is testified by the experiment of low power prototype.
