浅谈空气波压力治疗仪对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的影响

Effect of Air Wave Pressure Treatment Instrument for Lower Extremity Vascular Disease in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的患者采用空气波压力治疗仪的临床治疗效果的研究。方法:选取本院2012年2月-2013年5月收治入院的60例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采用空气波压力治疗仪进行治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后临床症状情况、临床效果及血糖控制情况。结果:两组患者进行常规控制血糖的治疗方法,均有明显效果,其两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组经IPC治疗后,其间歇性跛行、下肢静息痛、坏疽、行走距离等方面均明显优于对照组,观察组总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗前血糖情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组之间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:空气波压力治疗仪对控制血糖无明显影响,但对下肢血管病变有着明显的治疗效果,有效地防止糖尿病足、坏疽情况的发生及恶化,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment（IPC） in treating patients with type 2 diabetes lower extremity vascular disease.Method：60 patients with type 2 diabetes lower extremity vascular disease admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with air wave pressure therapeutic equipment,and the clinical symptoms,clinical effect and blood sugar control of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result：The clinical efficacy of conventional blood glucose control method was significant in both groups,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.The observation group after treatment with IPC,the intermittent claudication,rest pain,lower limb gangrene,walking distance were significantly better than the control group,the total efficiency in the observation group was 93.33%,it was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The blood sugar of two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,and the two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,but after treatment,the differences between two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The air wave pressure therapeutic equipment has no significant effect on blood glucose control,but is effective in treating lower extremity vascular disease,the occurrence and deterioration of diabetic foot and gangrene are effectively prevented.Thus,it is of great clinical value.
